Working with Metalcast Engineering and Fiori Product Development, Kramer Associates coordinated the prototype effort to generate the injection molded front panels and sub panels for the NCR Global Server. These can be seen on the two tall towers at left.

This process allowed NCR to deliver product to market while final design decisions were being evaluated, and hard tooling procured. These parts were molded in GE Cycoloy 2950, painted, then fitted with perforated metal grills. This tooling effort was designed to support several thousand parts per tool.
